DIGITAL FOOD APP
Winter 2014
Collaborated with Scentee Inc. in Japan and Michelin restaurant Mugaritz in Spain to develop an iPhone app that utilized smell, haptic feedback, and sound to virtually simulate cooking the restaurant’s signature mortar soup dishes. Demoed at Madrid Fusion 2014 by Andoni Luis Aduriz.
